The Together against isolation and loneliness project supports older people of African origin living in Hamburg, who often face poverty, social isolation and the language barrier.
It offers concrete measures: monthly distribution of food and hygiene parcels, regular visits, and cultural activities intended to strengthen social ties.
The aim is to improve the quality of life of 120 senior citizens and people with disabilities, by giving them material and moral support while encouraging their integration and their participation in society.
