Connected Horizons: Education on Global Issues

The CHARGE project is funded by the Erasmus+ programme and runs for 24 months. It is delivered by three partner organisations: Hajia Adiza e.V. (Germany), Universal View (France) and Asociación Juventud para Cultura y Minorías (Spain).
Main aims
- raising awareness among adult migrants and people of migrant background of the major global issues: human rights, sustainable development, cultural diversity and civic participation;
- strengthening participants' intercultural skills, so as to foster tolerance and mutual respect;
- encouraging civic engagement through local and cross-border projects;
- building a European intercultural network of committed adults, able to lead action within their own communities.
The project thus aims to spark collective and civic initiatives in the participants' communities.
